Weigh in days

For the last 5 weeks ... I have weighed in every morning, after exercise and evening ....what this has done has shown me that it is best for me to weigh in on Tuesdays and Thursdays after my morning workout ....if I'm going to show a loss for the week those are the 2 days I will most likely do so!
With that said tomorrow morning is my last chance to show a loss this week and I really need to make the right activity and food choices.....right now I am at 16,206 steps and I have eaten 501 calories and it's 2:30 ish....
