Valentine's Ideas

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

I'm struggling to figure out what to get hubby for Valentine's Day. I did find one thing that was cute on the internet. It's a series of corny knock-knock jokes that you can print out about Valentine's Day. It's intended for moms to put in a small child's lunch box. I make my hubby's lunch every day, so I think he will get a kick out of there. Here's a link to the jokes:

For Christmas, it was easy to shop....we each got each other things for our upcoming bike trip. I got him about 15 things, all ultra-light weight in keeping with our need to keep things light. Hubby got me a bike trailer and a little solar charger for my phone. Here's what our Christmas morning looked like...it was all about the bike (and our upcoming self-supported trip).

We're pretty close to having everything we need for the trip now except the maps. I can't get them because I want to wait until Adventure Cycling Association (the map vendor) comes out with their 2013 maps.

Any ideas???
