Facing your fears.

Monday night's Biggest Losers show was about facing your fears and leading by example.
I was trying to decide what my biggest exercise fear was. Then yesterday in the Spark Springfield MO - the Official Team it was posted that on March 23 there is a Pitter Pat 5K/10K/Mile and I realized that is one of my fears. I have always thought about doing one of these but never did anything about it. I had opportunities but always came up with an excuse not to do it.
So I joined the 8 week Rookie Running Program. I did
yesterday. Not sure how well I did but I finished it. Today I am going to do day one of the 28 day boot camp dvd for my cross-train.
I really want to be able to say that I did the 5 K .
