Training Schedule until it warms up!

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

Sunday: 830 body combat, 930 body pump
Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: walk the dogs, 45 minute run/walk, 7:30 BootCamp
Wednesday: 1 hour Run/walk, sweat room
Thursday: walk the dogs, (possible 430 spin), 530 cardio core and more, 630 yoga
Friday: 30 minute Run, strength training, sweat room
Saturday: 930 Turbo Kickboxing

When it warms up the schedule will change slightly (and I'm sad about it but I am training for the Operation Jack Marathon in December to raise money and awareness for autism).

Sunday: Long Run
Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: 1 hour run, 7:30 BootCamp (1 hr)
Wednesday: Incline walking, sweat room
Thursday: 530 cardio core and more, 630 yoga
Friday: 45 minute Run, sweat room
Saturday: 930 Turbo Kickboxing, 30 minute strength training
