Hey all! I'm planning on starting Coach Nicole's pre-set work out plan for her new Total Body Sculpting DVD next week, with two weeks each spent on Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. But I'm spending the next three days doing the three workouts ahead of time so I'm familiar and ready to go next week.
Today I did Barre Body Blast, and as someone who took ballet as a youngster, I LOVED IT. The squat sequence in the first half of the routine is just killer, and the jette leaps that come in the second half are super fun; i felt very light on my feet indeed!
The new warm-up and cool-down are aces as well; that spine stretch that finishes out the cooldown felt like a super-short massage, practically.
So far, I'm totally into it; of course, I always am if Coach Nicole is leading the workout!!
