Feeling refreshed after forgiving myself for the damage I did last weekend. It's so liberating to say, "okay, I did eat that stuff, but who's to say I can't eat healthy now?"
Funny how you read about it all the time, and it seems much truer when you actually try it.
healthy food + a small treat planned for today, then a quick circuit at the gym (walked 4 miles already).
