I've noticed that recently it's been very hard to get what I would consider an accurate weight. The change in eating habits and food types means certain regular bodily functions have changed their timing. Now I never know if I'm carrying "extra" baggage internally :).
I've found that averaging the weight over a 3 day weight period is better than just picking 1 weigh in day and tossing the dice.
I've also noticed that I have to watch my water intake a lot more. Now that I am more active I can become a little dehydrated if I'm not paying attention. Even after all this time, drinking water is not a habit, but something I have to force myself to maintain.
With that being said I think I might be a little dehydrated from yesterday as my morning weight is far lighter than I would have expected. So I'm taking it as a false reading and will ensure I drink plenty today. If I did take it as true today would be my 18kg-weight-loss-iversary. But I think I'll wait till Saturday to be sure. :)
