Finally have sometime to write a few words, find that blogging helps to stay on track , halfway to 10,000 steps considering the time of day i think I probably will make 10,000.
Had cereal for breakfast and a small sandwich for lunch,so food wise I'm okay just have to work on that water. Most likely going out to eat tonight, so I'll have to leave a few extra calories for that, but I think I'll be fine. Worse part of eating out is not knowing the sodium levels in the foods served.Probably will stick with a salad or perhaps frijtas without the wrap lots of lettuce and tomato with no cheese. we'll see
So my friends hope your day moves along well, baby is sleeping and GD has no classes today so I think I'll walk that dog.
