What is your exercise plan? RIGHT NOW CURVES AND WII AND MAYBE DVD BUT COME SPRING WILL START A WALKING PLAN

I AM STARTING SHED AND MAY DO ALTER WITH 17-DAY DIET AND EVENTENTLY TO EXCHANGE DIET

For the purpose of this assignment a Trigger Food is defined as the one that gets you off course and you are not eating because you are truly hungry. A Trigger Situation is where you are, who you are with and what you are doing when this happens
HMMM TRIGGER FOODS I GUESS ICREAM AND HOMEMADE GOODIES, PIZZA, BUFFETS, AND WHEN OTHERS ARE EATING
NOT HAVING IT IN THE HOUSE HELPS AND NOT EATING OUT UNLESS NO CHOICE, KEEP BUSY I BUY HEALTHY FOOD SO NOT A LOT OF TRIGGER FOODS IN HOUSE.
