Chocolate Cake In-a-Mug

4T ground flax meal
4T stevia powder or splenda
2T unsweet cocoa powder
1 lg egg
3T unsweet applesauce
3T skim milk
splash unsweet vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients into a big soup mug. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Microwave 3 min uncovered. Turn out onto plate and cool. Top with crushed strawberries or fruit of choice.
(optional) This is very filling and oh so satisfying! I usually call it most of my dinner.
