Today I am trying to start fresh. I started this website tracking.
I started a serious weight loss plan in October. I went to see a Registered Dietician to see exactly what I was doing wrong. I try so hard and I lose nothing. Well since October - even through Christmas I lost a total of 25 pounds. Yes i started at 270. I am very happy I lost the 25 lbs but I am very disappointed that I have hit a plateau and have not seriously lost anything the whole month of January - even thought my eating habits are pretty much under control.
So today I started anew. I signed up with Spark people and I am going to give it a shot. I am going to try and commit to at least 10 minutes of exercise a day for now. I work long hours 12 hour shifts - and some days just 10 minutes is asking a lot. But I am going to commit to doing it. I am going to crack the whip on the food and track every morsel!
Today I did a 45 minute yoga for weight loss video - and it was difficult for me. My back hurts alot - the stretching felt good. Was very proud of myself. But when I went to track my fitness I discovered it really don't count. :( WEll, I tracked 10 minutes of power yoga. I want some credit!! But seriously - I will try harder and I will ride my exercise bike I guess for the next few days. I am not good at exercise I never know what to do - and walking hurts my back really bad. Will see how this goes.
I can do it.
