Hi all!! unfortunitly I was sick on monday so I did not run so i wont hit my 5 run goal this week but 4 days is better than nothing!! today I ran and did my kickboxing dvd this moring tomorrow i will run after work and friday I will dble it up again.. Next monday I will hit my four week goal of 5 runs a week u just watch out and see!! keep sparking!!!
