Winter 5% Challenge Commitment

I am on the path again, I am so ready for this challenge.

I am choosing a low carb food plan about 100 or less carbs a day. I will make adjustments when needed.

I will be walking with Leslie walking away the pounds.
15 minutes a day. Not all at one time 5 minutes here and there. Adjustments has needed.

I plan to stay busy with spring cleaning ahead.

My plan is to focus on Mind, body and soul. Keeping them balance do my best and forgiving myself and have fun.

Keeping in touch with Teamates, new friends who sense my commitment and who offer support.

This is where my journey will continue. These are things I have learned about myself by taking accountability for my actions.


My goal is to preserve my body for as long as I can.

So with faith and adventure I start this path with joy and peace. I will reward myself seeing the difference in my attitude and habits.

I am looking to reach my goal by the grace of God.
