Don't drive angry. But go ahead and run angry.

Wednesday, February 06, 2013

I have anger issues currently regarding my personal life, being betrayed, abandoned, etc.

BACK on November 30, 2012 I posted the blog "Running To Release Anger"
.. It took until January for me to officially start the C25K program but what I learned is that I was right.
It works for me to channel this anger into my running.
As long as I do not go overboard with anger and end up hurting myself, IT iS ALL GOOD.
And after the run I Feel GREAT.
Then remember to cool down (walk) and stretch!

There are so many things in life that we cannot control. Your running is definitely something you can control and beside the obvious health benefits it's another reason to keep it up.

Keep moving forward, you will prevail!

I tried anger as fuel once, problem was it was first thing in the morning and I hadn't taken in any other fuel yet. After 5 minutes I was dying!
Lesson learned - only get angry after eating breakfast : p
