February already?! Wow, 1/12th through the year!
Stepped on my scale yesterday morning (sans clothing) and I had to step off and get back on to make sure what I was seeing was correct. 194.4!! Yes, it's still in the 90's, but it's OH SO CLOSE to the 80's. I haven't used my Wii Fit lately to see if the little guy still says "That's obese!" (I'd like to beat the little dude!) when it comes to my BMI. I'm sure I am, but I'm curious to see just how close I am to the "overweight" level.
The nice thing is that my jeans are fitting looser! I'm no longer in my 18's, instead in 16W. I'm going to see if my regular 16's fit. I also have a size 14 skirt that is my "test" that I want to see how long I have to go before it will fit me.
I've done really well on not drinking so much pop/soda. Occasionally I'll have one when I eat out, but not on a regular basis. I found a good supplement that a friend of mine sells that I can put in my water that seems to do a great job of keeping me filled up.
One BIG victory...yesterday at work, we ordered in pizza. I always special order one with another gal here at the office and someone got to the pizza before I could "rescue" it from the hungry men. There was one piece of my half of the pizza remaining. I figured I'd just have to eat whatever else was left. I had the one piece and then I WAS FULL!! That rarely happens! Of course, I do currently have a cold and not much appetite, but the fact that one piece of pizza kept me full until dinner time was a shock! Just shows that I do NOT need 3 or 4 pieces in one sitting!
