C25K Week 5 Day 1 February 5, 2013

Yesterday I tackled day 1 of week 5. After a poor showing last week. I thought I'd repeat week 4 this week. But looking ahead to week 5, I had to at least try.

I went slow and made it through.
THE FEELING AFTER was the best ever.
