Woke up this morning and worked out at the Y. Rode the bike for 21 minutes (I have 1.5 minute intervals that I do). At first I was riding 15 minutes, so I increase by 3 minute intervals. Met some nice people working on the machines. Was asked this morning at work if I drank too much coffee (Yuck!!). I told them, no, I worked out for 60 minutes before coming to work.
Happy with a 2 pound loss but will be looking at what I am eating and what I am doing for exercise to shake it up a bit. I remember from weight watchers that they said your body gets use to the same food and exercise and then doesn't burn like it use to, so you need to Shake it up.
I am going to walk in our Union because it has stairs and I am going to incorporate those into my walk I do at lunch to burn extra calories. Also realized that the snapple diet singles are for 2 servings and if you put one packet into your glass of water, it is too sweet and is 10 calories not 5.
