Cold, cold, cold

I'm a big wuss when it comes to the cold. I admit it. Its in the 30s emoticon . My bedroom is so cold I'm sitting in sweat pants, a hoody, and two blankets just to type on the computer. I was too cold to workout before breakfast.

My plan is to work on the bathroom wall paper, we have a seam that has come loose, and I have a seam kit to use. I also have some data to enter and a trip to the dump in my future.

Planned workout: Low impact challenge 30 min. emoticon premix, 10 min. of Tummy Trimmers emoticon , and 20 min. Shiva Rea emoticon Water Segment.

    It was actually 63 here today and I loved it but it will cool off again tomorrow.

    I am not too fond of the cold either. I tend to hibernate. But I keep my wood stove going and get exercise with lugging wood.

    LOL. It hasn't been 30 here in a week. 19 degrees now, and tomorrow it will be a balmy 32 here! Warm enough for shorts.

Maybe you should buy a space heater, or tape some plastic over the windows. Wear more layers, and cover feet, and head. Amazing how warm you can get with a long sleeve shirt, and a T-shirt.

    Good plan of action, when I get moving I forget how cold I am.
