This is my second challenge and I hope it goes better than my first one last fall. I was sick for most of it and didn't do nearly as well as I had wanted to.
I would like to make it to my goal weight (3 more lbs) by the end of the 8 weeks. If I lose more, that's great too, but I'm mainly focused on those three pounds.
I will :
continue to track my food
continue to get my water
cardio 3-4 times a week (spin, zumba, running/walking)
add strength training back into my routine
yoga at least once a week, twice would be better
take rest days when I need to, as my body has been very tired lately
continue to make healthy meals for my family most nights
