WINTER 5% CHALLENGE - ASSIGNMENT 3

Winter, the toughest time for me to lose weight - BUT NOT THIS YEAR! For the past 3 years I have lost weight and winter comes and I put a bunch on again. This made me angry, so this year I have turned things around. Once I saw it happening again I went on a cleanse, which a very good friend of mine recommended, and a miracle happened. I lost weight and kept right on going. It's still winter, and I'm pumped. I know the Winter Challenge will keep me pumped, so looking forward to great things.
Why do I want to lose weight? Simply so the myriad of diseases overweight people are susceptible to don't get me.
What do I want to change? Well, I eat right and I exercise, but I'm not consistent. That's what I want to change.
How do I want to look? Healthy.
How do I want to feel? Energized.
What things will I be able to do in the future with a slimmer, healthier body? Walk for as long as I want to and be able to wear a bathing suit at the beach, in public, without feeling bad about how I look, and have a swim.
I wish every tean success on the challenge and look forward to a great 8 weeks with all my fellow dawggies.
