A good beginning to my day!

I started the day right! A wonderful serving of vegetables. I ate bunch of baby carrots. It may seem strange for breakfast but I enjoyed them. Now to get on to exercising. emoticon emoticon

    Have you ever tried egg whites with spinach and feta cheese for breakfast its been my favorite lately. Really helps to get those veggies in! emoticon Keep up the good work!!! emoticon emoticon

    Wow--I've always thought that eating a serving of vegetables for breakfast would help me get in my servings (which I always struggle with). You've reminded me that it could be done! Thanks.

    At lease your getting your veggies in. There is no law that say you can't eat veggies for breakfast. emoticon
