At the super bowl party, you would have thought I had never seen nachos before. I ate all I wanted with no thought of the next day. Don't worry I also had chili and cake. I had prepared well and brought a healthy option in my White Chipotle Chicken Chili, but I tried others as well. My scale remembered me the next morning and added 2.6 pounds to my weight. What!!! That is all of the weight I lost last week. Well I'm back at it this week losing those two pounds all over again.

Its OK. I think I learned my lesson and whatnot.

I just read my intro and it really reminded me what I want.

I want to focus on being a woman who loves God, a woman who is a great wife and mother, and a woman who takes care of herself by eating well and exercising.

I think I need to remember what I want and refocus during times of want and stress.
