I am feeling so good getting in shape and running 2-4 miles a day with 2 days break or 1 day- I know I am going to be ready for the half marathon in May! I love running! I thought I would never say that- but I found a new hobby that I will be doing for the rest of my life. It has also been 2 months since I stopped smoking and now I have lost 7 pounds! I so happy I have decided to change my life this year!
