Yeah Feeling so fit!

I am feeling so good getting in shape and running 2-4 miles a day with 2 days break or 1 day- I know I am going to be ready for the half marathon in May! I love running! I thought I would never say that- but I found a new hobby that I will be doing for the rest of my life. It has also been 2 months since I stopped smoking and now I have lost 7 pounds! I so happy I have decided to change my life this year!

    Thanks for the reminder. I'm just getting back to Sparking after taking a couple weeks sabbatical . . . . my weight is holding okay . . . but I miss that feeling . . . . . ohhhh! nothing like it!

    great job i to have a similar story my wife loved running i hated it then i started spark people and quit drinking now i am running 2-6 miles every 2 days and i love running now just put in the headphones and take off and also great job
