Nothing can change in your life until you make up your mind to change it.
This morning I woke up, drank 8 ounces of water, make a quick less than 300 calorie breakfast and gathered up my vitamins. I take fish oil, evening primrose, vitamins E, D and C and glucosamine hydrosulfate. I am not promoting these they just work for me in my fight to get rid of Diabetes and PCOS with menstrual problems.
I am going to add a B Complex, chromium picolinate and a raspberry supplement.
When I lost weight before, no matter how healthy I tried to eat at 1500 calories per day I needed a little something extra. There are a lot of varying opinions of vitamins, but all I know is that they worked for me and I intend to continue using them until I completely cross this hurdle in my life.
My weight loss program is about healthy eating, drinking lots of water, exercise, rest, vitamins and supplements, prayer, helping others on this journey and positivity.
