I've been out with my mom the last couple of days and yesterday we got back into talking about our weight loss. The comment from Mom was "I noticed your legs look thinner". Apparently I've been losing enough weight and using my legs enough that I'm finally getting thin legs.
It's one thing for the stomach to skinny up, but to get legs that are becoming shapely instead of fluffy is a big step. I've known that I've lost a few inches around the thighs because I've measured, but to have someone else notice it is a big step!
It's so much harder for me to see the progress because my brain resets every morning to my new normal. I'm glad that I have at least one person cheering me on so loudly.
