Breakfast: Healthy Strawberry Baked Oatmeal. Delicious! Can't believe it doesn't have butter or milk!
Lunch: Steamed Veggies with Thai sauce. SO hot...SO tasty!
Dinner: Taco Junk over Mixed Greens.
I had my cup o' beans and pound o veggies!
Oh...and a few handfuls of (the last) chocolate covered almonds, which were delightful :)
