I'm thrilled to discover that the last 2 days were a HUGE success. Three days ago I was up 2 pounds and now (thanks to an intense 2 days) I'm back to even. I don't really see any diet and exercise obstacles getting in my way this week so I should be ok for next week's weigh-in.
I'm back to rebuilding my healthy habits but this time with a stronger foundation so they don't come toppling down so easily.
