Well, I survived yesterday but barely- I am officially sick. I made it through school feeling exhausted- I made it through my first tutoring (from 4-6) and on the way to my second tutoring I treated myself to a smoothie at smoothie kings- I got a low calorie one and had them add an enhancer of immunity to help me out. It seemed to help during my second tutoring I was not as tired but it wore off on my way home. My boyfriend made me a warm bath which I happily soaked in for about 20 minutes (till it got cold)- then I took some cold medicine and was in bed by 8:30. I did not sleep very well because I am extremely sore- I don't think it could be from that tiny workout I think it is a combination of that and the flu like soreness. Every time I turned over I would wake up in pain- but I got at least 7 hours of sleep. Still very sore and tired today- my throat is raw so I am not eating much to be honest. But we get out an hour early today and I am going to try to go home and get in a short nap before my tutoring today. If I am up to it I want to try to do some cardio this evening even if it is just a walk to work out some of my soreness. If you have any suggestions for getting over the flu please let me know.
Edit- I forgot to mention I am seeing the scale go down so I know that some of that weight I gained was just from the crazy salty foods at the super bowl- not all of it but some of it- the rest is from taking too many days off.
