So, it's become obvious to me that my scale is, well, crap. Now, I'm not saying this because the numbers I see are going up and I'm the one not making the effort! I'm working my butt off (well, trying to) 6 days a week! Granted, my eating has gone belly up recently but I'm hoping to find the motivation to turn that around ASAP.
Anyway, this isn't a new development in my battle with this particular scale. It's always been a little weird. The best, most recent example of its little tricks is my apparent ability to lose 5 pounds in 20 minutes! I definitely need a more accurate, trustworthy scale that I want to have in my home, but haven't the faintest idea what's good and what's bad scale-wise. Anyone have any suggestions? It would be much appreciated!
