I lost 2 more pounds, yippee! Some of my clothes are already starting to feel better, and I can't believe how much energy I have. Just think how much energy I will have as my weight gets lower!
I'm not sleeping enough, I have got to get to bed earlier. I know that studies have shown you will have better weight loss if you get enough sleep. Tonight my goal is to be asleep by midnight. That's still not enough sleep, but I'll start with that and I'll keep getting to bed a little earlier until I'm getting enough.
I exercised Saturday, Sunday, and Monday so I took last night off. Back to the gym tonight for yoga/pilates and perhaps a little cardio.
This 2 pounds I just lost gets me to my first mini goal. Time to set a new one!
