So, we're settled in our place and am settling into some sort of routine.
Sunday I exercised for about 45 minutes while watching The New Normal on Demand. I walked in place, side to side steps, knee lifts, kicks and did some lunges and butt lifts.
I hurt Monday and yesterday! But, I powered through and exercised yesterday.
I'll walk for 30 minutes or so on my lunch today and try to exercise for at least 30 mins at home tonight too.
I'm feeling good and looking forward to weighing myself on Saturday morning.
I quit weight watchers to save some money so I'll be blogging a lot and trying to get the most out of spark people. Any suggestions on community type involvement???
