I want to lose weight because I want to look better. I want to be able to we're cute clothes and not worry about my "muffin top."
I want to have more energy and feel better. I get tired quicker than I used to. I've been noticing lately that my feet hurt when I walk a lot. When I lose 40 pounds, my feet will stop yelling at me when I walk too much.
My husband needs to lose weight too. I want to be a good example for him. I can't be a good example if I'm overweight and not eating right.
