Good Morning! I have been doing well up until this week with eating well and working out. Not sure what caused the shift, but I'm working super hard to get back on track. Whenever I get like this I need to reorganized and change it up.....so I did.
I decided to run three half marathons in three months. It's call the Raleigh Triple Crown and the first race is 8 wks away, the 2nd is in May and the last one is in June.
My eating has been binge like the past week and I'm struggling. I'm desperately trying to get back on the wagon and hopefully the workout that I have planned for the evening will jump start. I'm so close to being under 180 and it seems like I have serious issues when I try to get below 180. I ALWAYS sabotage myself, but I trying to prove to myself that I get get there.
