Happy Wednesday. I was just figuring out how much weight loss 5% would be. Eventually I won't be able to lose 5% more weight! I will have to find challenges that are for maintaining. I am getting closer to my healthy goal weight of 155. I want to lose more weight after that, but eventually I will get to a point where I won't lose more weight! I am not there yet, but the thought just crossed my mind! It is harder to lose weight now because I lost so much so far!
I am hoping to do Zumba tomorrow night if I get out of work on time. It stinks the Zumba class I like starts at 6:30. If I work late, I can't make it! I could probably find another zumba which is later, but the only ones I saw last time I checked had a min of classes you had to sign up for. You had to sign up for X week sessions, and if you missed a class, you wouldn't get reimbursed. So.. we'll see.
I signed up for my first yoga Mixed Level class at a new facility. It was $40 for 10 classes, so I think that was a decent deal. It is a family health center, so I am not sure how it will be. At least it will be good exercise and stretching. They have a few 730pm classes so that should be ok with my late night schedule.
Once I figure out all of the yoga classes I am going to attend, I am going to write in a 5K schedule for me. Putting my exercise schedule on my calendar helps me actually do it! Even if I work late nights, the treadmill is at home so I can use it anytime. I still need to do research to sign up for another 5K. The color run looks interesting, but they didn't post a date yet. It was July last year, so I am guessing it will be also be in July. I saw there is a color run and also a color me rad run. They both have the paint/colors, and they are both in Philadelphia. I really want someone to go with me, because I don't like going into the city by myself. I am not good at parking & I will feel out of place there! There is also a color run in NJ an hour away, so that may be a better choice for me. Where the Philly race will take place is almost an hour away from where I am living right now so... I don't know! I also want to figure out which other 5K races I want to do in the spring after tax season!
