Weigh-in was not bad

Today I stepped on the scale and I'm back down at 191.6 lb so I almost made up for last week gain. I'm still behind schedule both on my BLC goal and yearly goal, but I know I can still reach it. If needed, half way through the challenge I will lower my goal to 15 pounds.
What I need is focus, and NO TREATS IN THE HOUSE! I did that mistake last week. I won't make it again soon. With only fruits and veggies to snack on, it's easier to stay on target.
I successfully did my workout monday morning at 5AM but was not able to wake up that early tuesday and I snoozed today and slept too long so I did not had time to workout. I really want to include morning workout in my routine, so I'll focus on that this week. I'm done being the slowest loser. I don't want to lose gazillion pounds per week, but if I could just steadily lose 1-2 pounds every week, that would make me really happy.
I must say I'm quite proud that my bedroom is still clean, I only have one load of laundry to fold. Also I will finish my first 30 days of BeFit in 90 tomorrow and it means I'm getting to level 2! One third of the program done, I can't believe it :)
