First week - 3 lbs down

This first week was spent making better food decisions. I watched my portions without going off the deep end, I avoided starchy carbs though I did have low carb pasta last night, and I stopped snacking. I lost these three pounds without working out. This is amazing!!!!
I slept in, weighed myself and decided to go to the park with my husband and doggie for two mile walk. My dog, who his also overweight, has difficulty going any further than that! I have had him on an all organic diet for a week and I can tell he's lost some weight too.
Today is a great day...a small step forward and I have no intentions on taking ANY steps back!
