    My breakfast Is one egg small dinner bun a orange and a cup of coffee and milk Lunch is a small dinner bun 2 oz meat loaf String beans and milk Super is 4 oz meat 1/2 cup masked potatoes and milk 4 dried apricots And some vegetables Snack is milk and some nuts 1 oz
