Man, I just love it. I don't care if it is a fad or doesn't do all the promoters says it does, I just love it. I love that I eat and drink the whole day more carefully before I go, I love the way it makes me feel to do it, I love the way it feels when I am done, I love the next day when I am pleasantly sore. And I love the after-yoga smoothie that I make just for me.
Yesterday I tried the Emergen-C drink before yoga and it definitely helped. I am going to start drinking that once a day, maybe it will help with my runs too.
Crazy busy day again today. Lots of work meeting, dentist appt, then the whole family is going to the Y. Tonight I am going to try to run 3.25 miles without worrying about pace. I will update this entry on the flip side.
I brought leftover turkey chili (plus cheese and sour cream) and yogurt and fruit for lunch. With such a busy day, I am happy to have my lunch with me. I will likely have a baked potato topped with turkey chili for dinner. There is lots and I want to finish it.
