Looking at my calendar this week, I realized that I would be unable to make my mid-month weigh in at the gym next week, so I schedule it for yesterday. 1 week early, post superbowl/family weekend... I was a little nervous, but I really wasn't concerned with the weight number. i just wanted to see if my body fat % had changed.

Fat %: 33.5
Fat Mass: 57.0lb
Lean Mass: 113.4lb
Fat %: 32.8 (-0.7%)
Fat Mass: 56.0 (-1.0lb)
Lean Mass: 114.6 (+1.2lb)
These numbers aren't bad. Truthfully, I was a bit frustrated because I feel like I've been working so hard, and the numbers just don't show it... HOWEVER, the trainer I talk to said that it's only been 3 weeks and to just keep doing what I'm doing and we'll check again in 3 more weeks. She also told me start tracking my sodium. She said we're going to break down my eating and see if there's a nutrient issue or if I'm just going to have to work hard. I told her I'd try it all.
In non-scale proof that I'm doing something right...
*I got into my skinniest skinny jeans this weekend! and wore them with confidence! usually they only fit when I'm about 8-10lbs lighter than now, so I feel really good about that!
*I also fit into my "goal skirt" thats been hanging on my bedroom wall for a month or so. I want to wear it for Valentines Day- its a red long vintage pencil skirt and when I started I couldn't even zip it! Progress if FABULOUS!
