So when getting ready for work it dawned on me that I wear almost the same outfit every day. Black pants, black suit coat or different style jacket and shirt. My wardrobe is 80% black. I think I have taken the entire black is slimming to a whole new level. I work in an office and I have to wear suits often but dang! Most of my wardrobe is void of color. I have colorful tops to go with my black pants and coats and color accessories. So I have set a new goal. When I get to my goal I am buying some clothes that have color. No more black pants everyday. I want to wear colors.
Yesterday I did 30 minutes walk aerobics and 23 minutes on Wii Biggest Loser in the morning then when I came home I did a Wii Biggest Loser 23 minute upper body circuit, and 18 minute yoga circuit, a challenge and a 8 minutes cool down for over 100 minutes of workout yesterday. YAHHH! Today I did 50 minutes of non-stop wii dance for a change of pace. Tonight I am going to try to get some dumbell strength training in after doing my 2 minutes of strength training every hour during the work day today for variety. (I just did wall pushups, calf stretches, leg raises in the chair and standing ubduction).
