My gratitude piggy bank idea has grown.
Having sorted out the budget, the fees that I used to pay to Curves and the money that we would have spent on alcohol are available to go in my piggy bank.
Currently, I am on a streak to not drink calorific drinks, eg alcohol. If I am able to tick this in my Other Goals Tracker, I am putting $5 in my piggy bank together with my notes for what I am grateful.
I am using brightly coloured sticky notes to write down the things I am grateful for. This way, I can put them up on my computer screen throughout the day, and then put them in my piggy bank when it is time to clear the way for new ones.
The time to open my piggy bank of gratitude and rewards is going to be three month SparkPeople anniversaries. I will decide when it is closer to my anniversary how to reward myself.
Now to make a list of rewards in anticipation of a good streak!
