Yesterday, would you believe, I bench pressed 150 pounds? I did!! I did it during my third personal training session. It was the first time in my life I was ever "spotted." My trainer said if I ever do it without him to make sure the supporter grabs or supports my wrists, not lower on my arm, in order not to stress the wrists. That makes sense but I probably would not have thought of it.
I'm delighted that today I am comfortably sore, not terribly sore like I was the last week. Along with my unwavering three minute plank the day before, I can definitely say I'm getting stronger!!
