This mornings workout was Cathe's Low Impact Series Total Body Trisets - Upper Body.

Here's how it went...

Warm Up

Walking Plank Push Ups
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder DB Presses on Stability Ball - 2X15
riceps - Lying Extensions on Stability Ball 2X15

Chest - Walking Plank Push Ups - Modified
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder DB Presses on Stability Ball 2X12
Triceps - Lying Extensions on Stability Ball 2X12

Chest - Leg Crossover Push Ups -Just did push ups on my knees
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder Arcs on Stability Ball - 2X7.5
Triceps - Wide Stance Plank Kickbacks 2X12

Chest - Leg Crossover Push Ups - Just did push ups on my knees
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder Arcs on Stability Ball 2X7.5
Triceps - Wide Stance Plank Kickbacks 2X12

Chest - Alternating Dumbbell Chest Flys 2X17.5
Shoulders - External Rotations with Lateral Raises 2X10
Triceps - Modified Dive Bombers - I did mine seasaws on the ball

Chest - Alternating Dumbbell Chest Flys 2X17.5
Shoulders - External Rotations with Lateral Raises 2X10
Triceps - Modified Dive Bombers - seasaws on the bal

Back - One Arm Rows on Stability Ball - 20
Biceps - Incline DB Double Arm Curls on Stability Ball -2X15
Core - Ball Crunches

Back - One Arm Rows on Stability Ball - 20
Biceps - Incline DB Double Arm Curls on Stability Ball - 2X12
Core - Ball Crunches - 12

Back - Dumbbell Pullovers on Stability Ball 20
Biceps - Simultaneous Traditional Curls 2X15
Core - Ball Exchanges - 15

Back - Dumbbell Pullovers on Stability Ball - 25
Biceps - Simultaneous Traditional Curls - 2X15
Core - Ball Exchanges

Back - Rear Delt Flys on Stability Ball 2X5
Biceps - Concentration Curls with Stability Ball 20
Core - Crunches with Stability Ball

Rear Delt Flys on Stability Ball 2X5

Cool Down/Stretch

So, yesterday was spectacular! I am still in disbelief of all the people that showed up in Baltimore for the parade. I still can't believe I did that. It's really out of character for me and if Jeff hadn't pushed, I probably wouldn't have gone but I am really glad I did. It was quit the experience. When Jeff gets the pictures (there were so many people there that my phone didn't have service and my battery quickly died) so, I have no pictures of us in the stands but a couple of his friends that met us there had real camera's and took pictures. I hope he gets them and if he does, I'll share. Really just a fabulous experience.

My little Roxie is 1 year old today. I can hardly believe it. Ohhhh, what a year it was....

    Happy Birthday to little Roxie~!!!!
I am so glad that Balitmore won the SuperBowl and even happier when I heard that Michael Ohr was on the team. Of course if I had remembereed that at the end of the movie "The Blind Side" he was drafted by Baltimore, But, my memory isn't what it used to be. I loved that movie. What a beautiful story. Imagine if more people were like that, what a wonderful world we would live in!
