I will survive. I spent one of my out of calorie days yesterday. I ended up being away from my planned lunch and so I purchased lunch out. I logged it and it came to like 970 calories. So with breakfast, lunch and snacks I'd gone over my calorie count. So for dinner I had a club soda with lime and went to bed.
I did do a 5 mile run and some stretches afterwards. Oh Yeah - I took the steps 3x at work. In other words, every time I moved.
In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away
