Good morning! I woke up at 5:39 a.m. and have done dishes, and cooked chili for my brother and I. Mine had 1/3 the beans, onions, and no salt. His had 2/3 of the beans, 2 cans of chili,no onions, and salt. My lb made 2 meals, but he plans to eat it at 1 meal. 4 ozs of cheese to be sprinkled on top. I just finished cooking breakfast of 1/4 cup mixed bell peppers ( red, yellow, and orange ), with 5 eggs. I am done for the day with cooking.
Last night I had a weird dream. I was eating at a buffet, but all I grabbed was the ENTIRE hunk of meat the carver was slicing, and took it back to my seat, and ate the whole thing. This dream took awhile..lol. Then this morning I was cooking up my burger for chile which was in clircle, and was still semi-frozen. As I flipped it to scrape off the thawed meat, it started looking like a doughnut. I don't think I have had one in 3 years at least.
Yesterday I watched the movie Flight, with Denzel, and it was very good. I napped in the afternoon, and watched Bones at night. I totally missed U-m beating OSU at basketball though. Today is American Idol, and C.S.I.
A friend of mine asked me to work out with her. She does a class which takes about 40 mins, and will walk on the treadmill with me, so I have someone to talk to till it starts. Plus she has transportation, and since my brother has the car for school, it is better than walking. So it works for both of us. So I am going to walk 90 minutes today instead of play basketball. My breathing is better, but not going to do anything till I feel 100%.
My food for today is higher in carbs per serving of fruit/veggies, but I want some chili. I cut applesauce, and added peppers to breakfast, to make room for the kidney beans and cheese. I haven't had an issue with kidney beans or cheese, so since it is about the same carb allotment I think it will be okay. I am down to 212.2, which is a loss of 4/10ths of a lb. Closing in on my next goal of 211, which is a loss of 150 lbs. That sounds amazing. Hope to reach it this week.
This afternoon, I plan to go to the library, and pick up some pills, and then come home and clean the apartment. Maybe read of nap if I have time, or tire out.
