I am now on day 9 of my getting more sleep streak. I did really well last week. Not so well yesterday or today. But I am more focused, and I think I am getting more sleep than if I wasn't thinking of what time is it, and what do I need to do before I go to sleep.
I am feeling more rested. Because of that I am not snacking after dinner, and I am not tempted to snack. Temptation to snack for me is a sure sign that I am tired.
Yesterday was LCW day for BLC21 and I got in an insane amount of cardio and felt really strong. I guess my NSV for today, and hopefully for life is how much stronger I am getting, and how much better I feel.
