P90 Day 2 (posted a day late)

Last night's P90 went a whole lot better. Although that resistance band was kicking my butt!! But I do definitely prefer the sculpt days over the sweat. And of course, today is a sweat day. But... I can do it!!

It's amazing the change already though with just adjusting my food intake and getting off my butt. Always makes me wonder why I didn't do this awhile ago? *LOL*

And a thanks to DDHEART... you are correct... I needed to change how I saw my before pictures. THANK YOU!

    You can do it! I remember the first time I attempted to lose weight, I did Tony Horton's P90 (before the insane P90X series). I lost weight with doing Tony. I kept doing it and watch what I was eating and ended up losing about 20 pounds with that program. So, if I could do it, you can too! So, keep pushing! Much success to you!
