Up a pound this week. Not sweating it at all. Ate a bit too much during the SB for sure. And, in other non-scale news, my measurements are changing:

Today vs. Jan 1st
===============
Waist (at belly button): 39.5 ... 38.75 = -0.75
Waist (smallest above belly button): 35 ... 34 = -1.0
Hips: 40 ... 39.5 = -0.5
R Thigh: 24.5 ... 23.25 = -1.25
L Thigh: 23.75 ... 24 = +0.75
R Calf: 16.75 ... 17 = +0.25
L Calf: 16.25 ... 16.5 = +0.25
Neck: 14.75 ... 14.75 = 0.0
Chest: 43 ... 42.75 = -0.25
R Bicep: 14.5 ... 14 = -0.5
L Bicep: 14 ... 13.75 = -0.25

Totaling that up and I've lost a few inches on the month. I'll take that as a good positive non-scale victory.

Also not stressing the uptick this week as my last few weeks have followed this pattern - up a little bit or maintain, then lose a few, up a little or maintain, lose a few. I'm A-OK with that as I'm still figuring out this maintenance range thing.
