Willpower Wednesday

There are so many studies on willpower lately. Some say we have a limited amount of this and once we use it all during the day, we cannot fight those temptations any longer and give in.

Other studies say the more you use it, the stronger it becomes. This is what I believe. Or maybe it has just been so long since I have really used it when it comes to food/exercise, that I stored up a whole bunch.

I just know, the longer I go without giving into temptation on certain things...the easier it become to walk away from them completely with no regret.

Upper body strength training today.
Just walking at work - an active rest day for cardio
Good food planned out
Meditation time scheduled
Time to dance...
