Yes, sometimes this journey we have chosen is hard. I'm not going to lie about that. I have to keep my goals constantly within view to stay motivated. I have to be determined every day. If you need help with motivation, do a photo collage & look at it several times a day. Include photos of you looking slimmer. If you don't have any, use photos of slim people -- the photos don't have to be of you. I have before & after photos on my collage of people who have lost a lot of weight. In your collage, include reasons why you want to lose weight, or eat healthier foods, or whatever your goals are (run a marathon, run a half marathon, etc.).
Don't make excuses. Just do what you have to do to reach your goals.
